Please note, that all clinical queries must be processed via eConsult or telephone. Please do not email the surgery with any clinical queries.

Please note, you may be requested by our team of trained care advisers for a brief description of your symptoms when making a booking. You may initially be booked in for a callback with a clinician to assess your condition. This system allows us to care for more patients and prioritise those most in need. Often, our clinicians can deal with your request there and then, saving the need for you to come in!

​

​With regards to our pre-booked telephone appointments, our clinicians may only call once in the morning or afternoon of your appointment date, so please ensure you are ready for your appointment. 

​

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please respond to your confirmation text with the word 'CANCEL' 

or call our dedicated cancellation line: 020 3141 0702.

Repeated failure to attend or cancel appointments may result in removal from the practice list. 

Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible.

You should only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Our clinical team will only visit you at home if they assess that your medical condition requires it. They may also refer you to external visiting services. 

​

Unfortunately, our clinicians aren't able to make home visits outside of our catchment area and so if that is required/becomes a requirement, we may discuss what's best for your care (which may include registration with a more local practice).

Please bear this in mind and please be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the team to schedule house calls.

Common ailments can often be treated by yourself at home using medicines that are available over the counter from your local pharmacy or supermarket. 

​

NHS UK have advice on their website and your local pharmacist can also advise you on minor illnesses.

​
